Do you take custom orders?

We’re so glad you asked! As an artist during a pandemic, Soft Shapes would LOVE to create a custom order for you! Custom projects start at $120 for mobiles, mirrors and the like unless you’re looking for a collection of smaller things. The world is our oyster, let’s make something together. Contact us today!

Where do you ship?

For now, we’re sticking to domestic shipping only. However, if you are located elsewhere and are in desperate need of a Soft Shapes item, contact us and we can work it out.

Sending glass in the mail seems risky! Won’t my item break?

To make sure our work gets to you in one lovely piece, we’ve invested in sturdy, safe and not-so-terrible for the environment shipping supplies. Each piece is insured and sent the safest way we could figure out. This does make for a pricey package but being sure Soft Shapes is delivered safe and sound is completely worth it. If you are local and would rather arrange for a pick up, simply type in LOCALPICKUP in the promocode section upon check out. I am primarily located in New York City, however, will be in Hampton Roads late December. On that note- we will be shipping once a week during the pandemic.

Oh no, my piece arrived broken! Not a question.

We’re pretty new at shipping glass but if a piece arrives broken email us right away. We will either fix or remake you your treasure.
